This role requires an analytical approach to budget management and ad performance across multiple advertising channels.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across:Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads)Display (Google Display Network, Programmatic Ads)Metasearch (Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Kayak, Trivago)Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more)Affiliate Marketing (Partnerships, Influencers, Sponsored Listings)OTA Travel Ads (Expedia TravelAds, Booking.com Sponsored Listings, Yelp Ads and more)Optimize bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad placements to maximize ROI.Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on A/B testing, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals, copy, and landing pages.Manage relationships with OTAs and metasearch partners to enhance brand visibility and direct bookings.Implement and track conversion pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution modeling to measure effectiveness.Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital advertising, travel marketing, and emerging ad tech.Provide ongoing reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.Reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, Aramark Destinations.Works closely with internal marketing teams and external digital agency partners.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and OTA advertising platforms.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Metasearch advertising.Hospitality, travel, hotel or tourism industry experience is a plus.Attention to detail, strong copy writing skills, project management.About AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
