As we enter our next phase of growth, the role will serve as a visionary to lead the Americas growth strategy, forge enterprise-level partnerships, and unlock new markets. Strategic Growth Leadership • Establish a deep understanding of adm’s service offerings • Build relationships with internal business leaders regionally and globally • Define and lead a regional business development strategy aligned with long-term business goals • Build, manage and report on all business development activities both new from new and new from existing utilizing reporting tools across the group. • Partner cross-functionally with our Enterprise Client Practice leaders, Growth and Performance Team leaders, & Operational Excellence and Delivery leaders to align on growth initiatives and customer value. Executive Influence & Thought Leadership • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on growth-related decisions.
