Please review our business philosophy, values, and missions so that you can have a better understanding of who we are and what we are looking to join the team. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Social Media Advertising, PPC Campaigns, SEO/SEM, Marketing Database, eMail, and Display Advertising Campaigns for our clients - Design, build and maintain our clients’ social media presence - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal team members to create landing pages and optimize the user experience - Evaluate emerging technologies. - Proven working experience in PPC Campaigns (at least 2 years) - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Expert knowledge of Google Analytics (Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification required) - Significant Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
