Area Leader of Marketing – Raising CanesThe Area Leader of Marketing (ALM) is responsible for all local marketing efforts that support their restaurants within their areas. This includes leveraging their expert knowledge of the market, staying on top of changing market dynamics, using their market expertise to identify traffic drivers within each of their restaurant trade area, and creating and executing market and restaurant-level marketing plans. The ALM must remain nimble, constantly looking for ways to keep the brand top of mind. They are also responsible for leading the planning, negotiation, and execution of sponsor ships that support their market. Additionally, this role directly supports each restaurant with day-to-day branding and marketing needs, always working in collaboration and alignment with their Business Unit (BU) team.Requirements for Success3+ years of marketing experienceField marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environmentKnowledge and experience in planning and negotiating sponsor ships, including establishing new relationships, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, implementing assets, and assessing impactDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and WordAble to travel up to 80% within the designated area and required to live within the assigned areaAble to work nonstandard hours, including nights and weekends, to support events and activities that support that promote the brand and restaurants within the marketBachelor’s degree (Marketing & Communications degree preferred) or relevant experience in a field marketing role.This is a remote role based in Anchorage, AK and reports to the Regional Leader of Marketing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
