Art Director

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Creative Director and the broader creative team to develop breakthrough concepts that align with strategy, inspire audiences, and deliver results for our client partners. This is a role where you will be encouraged to actively learn, grow your craft, and contribute to the creative excellence of the agency. How You Will Contribute: • Motion graphics and 2D/3D animation direction ( Animate, After-Effects, Figma/-Bannerify) • Layout design and digital publishing (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, FIGMA) • Storyboarding and visual development • Brand design and visual systems • Team leadership and creative review • File prep and production for digital and print media • Contribute to internal culture through creative input, collaboration, and passion for great work • Stay current on trends in design, advertising, and technology
