The Executive Admin / Assistant Accounts Manager is a full-time, in-agency role supporting agency operations, client account teams, and providing direct executive assistance to the company president. This position plays a central role in supporting active TOTAL Advertising projects across accounts, search, digital marketing, and social media while ensuring leadership and internal teams remain organized, informed, and aligned in a fast-paced agency setting. The role requires daily, in-person collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, including Accounts, Creative, Search, Digital Marketing, and Social Media, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced agency environment. - Experience in executive assistance, administrative support, account coordination, or marketing-related roles preferred
