The Assistant, Ad Operations is responsible for trafficking broadcast and digital campaigns and supporting day-to-day campaign management. Assistants will also be involved in generating resource reports, assisting with campaign setup, launch analysis and general support of the digital team. • Traffic digital display campaigns in CM60 and broadcast TV and Radio spots in sTraffic • QA digital campaigns to ensure accuracy with trafficking set up, click through, & have the correct content • Monitor the delivery of broadcast TV and radio spots • Facilitate communication to ensure proper implementation of traffic instructions and campaign tracking • Ensure trafficking documentation have been properly completed by internal strategy team • Manage broadcast trafficking timelines/creative needs for networks/stations • Work closely with the broadcast buyers to ensure buy placement completion and accuracy of trafficking instructions to network/stations • Assist with the creation and documentation of ad operations processes • Ensure best practices and ad operations processes are being followed across assigned clients • Assist in digital ad campaign maintenance • Develop working familiarity with CM360, Adazzle & Google Analytics • Troubleshoot delivery and measurement issues • Effectively represent agency and clients with media representatives • Work on special projects as assigned by supervisors and managers
