Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Art Director, based in Akron, OH. The Assistant Art Director will collaborate with the creative team on the development and execution of visual concepts and campaigns. Daily responsibilities include assisting in art direction, creating graphic designs, working on branding strategies, and supporting creative direction for client projects. The role also involves managing visual aspects of projects to maintain consistency and delivering high-quality design solutions within deadlines.

QualificationsProficiency Adobe Creative Suite applications, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and after effectsWorking knowledge of web design and webpage building toolsOrganizational and project management abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
