The Assistant Clinical Director supports the mission of CAPS and the University in providing the highest quality mental health services for diverse students at UCSB. Provides leadership, direct supervision and consultation to clinical and support staff regarding outreach strategies. Manages the clinical onboarding of new staff and develops and trains new and current staff in policies, procedures, and clinical delivery systems for the agency, including crisis intervention for the campus. • Current license as a Psychologist in the State of California (or eligible within 6 months). • Employment is contingent on successful completion of our credentialing, privileging, and background check processes.
