The Initial Review Date (IRD) for this job is: **07-07-2021** **Dept Marketing Statement** Colleges, Housing and Educational Services (CHES) is a multi-funded organization within the Business and Administrative Services (BAS) division at the University of California (UC) Santa Cruz. Assist with the creation of flyers and other promotional materials for college events. Assists with the development and maintenance of the college programs web pages, and social media platforms Maintains a photo database with current print-ready photos of students, staff and events. Assists in the creation of a variety of publications and social media postings as needed; maintains the Programs website and supports Programs social media. Plans, organizes, and manages duties of student staff including the day-to-day operation of the office and student program development.
