Assistant Community Manager

Purpose: The Assistant Community Manager’s key role is to assist with the Community Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Community. The Assistant Community Manager enforces building rules and assists the manager in responding to rule violations and inappropriate tenant behavior. Assists in maintaining relationships with other departments within the Company, the community and vendors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and extensively required to use hands to type and perform other administrative tasks. Ability and willingness to substitute for any leasing responsibility, unit cleaning, grounds pick-up, receptionist, and other work as may be reasonably directed by the Community Manager.
