Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager will understand and exemplify Red Letter Hospitality Mission, Vision, and Values at all times ultimately ensuring the staff is highly engaged and capable of providing an “enlightened hospitality” experience to all guests. He or she will need to have strong management, leadership, and organizational capabilities. He or she will assist the General Manager with P&L responsibility for all business transactions (restaurant, bar, catering and special events). Technology: Must be able to manage all POS, reservations, and AV capabilities of the restaurant. Vendors: Ensure that relationships with our vendors are held to the highest of standards, while holding them accountable.
