As part of these duties, the AGM is responsible to assist with efficiently managing day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer service standards and profitability for the business, managing margins, and sales and marketing. Overall, the AGM must build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution and productivity, be able to collaborate with others and build a customer base, solve problems and demonstrate high integrity. • Manages the FOH/BOH food by reviewing and planning menus and managing food costs through portions, preparation, minimizing waste while maintaining high quality of preparation.
