• Turning in all Traffic Reports to General Manager in a timely manner. • Go over move out process with tenants when they give notice to vacate • Ability and willingness to assume General Manager responsibilities when needed as related to showing apartments and handing out applications, meeting with vendors and other minimal duties as needed or assigned General Office Duties On Call as needed for General Manager and at all times for Casa de Oro Apartments:
