Assistant Manager, Brand Advertising and Production

In this role you will manage the production for all advertising during ESPN tv events and assist in day to day advertising oversight. Specific duties will entail: * Manage advertising fleet and documentation of vehicle loans * Management of Monthly Marketing newsletter * Management of sales event digital assets * Coordination of shared project materials across Marketing teams, ie: wrap reports, exec summaries, monthly activities * Regular communication of status of all projects to relevant team members * Escalation to appropriate managers when appropriate * Assist in management of contracts and track billing cycles * Assist in on-going media partnerships production and delivery * Manage production of on-going advertising materials * Oversee advertising estimates and overall budget * Oversee production of in dealership support materials (brochures, point of sale kits) * Collaborate and effectively communicate all activities across all internal departments, regions, field staff and vendors. This position is temporary, expected from 7 – 8 months. Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm with some overtime required.
