Assistant Manager, Brand Advertising and Production

Specific duties will entail: * Project management of all related advertising production and logistics during ESPN tv events * Manage social media amplification of sponsorships directly with Agency teams * Coordination and management of media and creative agencies for all ESPN activities. * Manage advertising fleet and documentation of vehicle loans * Management of Monthly Marketing newsletter * Management of sales event digital assets * Coordination of shared project materials across Marketing teams, ie: wrap reports, exec summaries, monthly activities * Regular communication of status of all projects to relevant team members * Escalation to appropriate managers when appropriate * Assist in management of contracts and track billing cycles * Assist in on-going media partnerships production and delivery * Manage production of on-going advertising materials * Oversee advertising estimates and overall budget * Oversee production of in dealership support materials (brochures, point of sale kits) * Collaborate and effectively communicate all activities across all internal departments, regions, field staff and vendors. This position is temporary, expected from 7 ? 8 months.
