Who We Are: We are the U.S. distributor for an Australian-made electric golf caddy. The business can be fast-paced so it is important to be a quick and willing learner, but also very detail-oriented. Assist customers to troubleshoot issues with the caddy over the phone or via email Have a detailed understanding of the caddy and the electric golf caddy market, allowing you to promote it to interested buyers over the phone, via email, or in-person Packing and labeling boxes Assist the manager with promoting the QOD via the website and digital advertising Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally Excellent communications skills with customers and colleagues alike Inquiring and following up on potential wholesale deals with golf clubs and shops Creating and editing repair guides and instructional videos for customers Accurately recording repairs and sales by creating and updating records to share with the manager and/or owner each month or upon request Working within e-commerce and CRM platforms such as Shopify and Zoho to track sales and respond and record incoming customer inquiries Qualifications/Experience: Golf Industry Experience 1+ years (preferred) E-Commerce experience 1+ years Digital Marketing 1+ years (preferred) Business to Consumer (B2C) Sales 1+ years Mechanically-inclined Typing 60 WPM Tech-Savvy Excel Proficient High School Diploma Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field preferred but not essential Familiar with using online platforms such as Shopify, Zoho Desk & Zoho CRM (or equivalent) Comfortable working alone and in a small team Basic knowledge of HTML/web coding a bonus but not essential Experience using video and/or photo editing software a bonus but not essential A keen interest in and knowledge of golf Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Drivers license and reliable transportation Reliable phone and laptop Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship Ability to work on location in Stanton, CA Schedule: Typical Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm and occasional weekends/overtime.
