The Assistant Site Manager is accountable for the day to day leadership of all leasing and marketing operations and administration. This role coordinates and supervises the activities of the leasing team to ensure maximum occupancy for the community, as well as directly supports the Site Manager. The Assistant Site Manager helps support the community by example, assuring a strong and supportive environment within which students and staff can participate fully in shaping their environment and experience. - Assists the Site Manager in developing community policies and procedures in accordance with established CHNW standards for site operation. - Supervisory Abilities: You understand how to lead and supervise a team of diverse people effectively - Manager/Training skills: You are an effective manager of employees who manage teams; you are able to train supervisors to train and support their teams - Customer Service Skills: You have proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in high stress situations - Decision-Making Abilities: You make strong decisions that are organization-focused, and have a positive impact - Teamwork Abilities: You’re able to work productively with the team and demonstrate collaborative communications and team problem solving skills.
