Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and call follow-up Train and direct a team of Car Sales Representatives Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross Actively support, encourage and motivate sales personnel daily to maintain high morale Assist in managing profitable wholesale and retail transactions through Car Sales Consultant and F & I Teams Finalizing Purchase, Trade-in, and Sales agreements, contracts, etc. Motivating Team members Lot display, inventory management & pricing Assist in managing a cost efficient and quality reconditioning process Utilizing e-commerce tools, ie social media, listing services, inventory systems, etc Executing advertising and promotional plans Assisting with various Re-marketing initiatives Educational Background High School Diploma or equivalent Professional Experience Three years’ experience in car sales Previous F+I experience Valid Drivers’ License and a clean record Skills Capable of delivering Able to succeed in a global, matrix organization Desire to excel Able to garner support from Stakeholders on all initiatives Stable work history All employment is contingent on successful completion of drug and background screening.
