The candidate we seek must have a combination of 2 years of college and retail experience. Bachelor Degree preferred. The duties of the Assistant Manager include supervising all operation functions assuring use of approved company procedures, assessing needs of the operation in terms of labor, inventory and equipment, creating marketing strategies to increase retail sales, reviewing housekeeping, maintenance and security needs of the facility, and assisting the Store Manager with supervision over inventory control, stocking, shipping , sales and advertising.
