Assistant Marketing Director

Bailey’s Furniture is looking for a full-time Assistant Creative Director. As part of the marketing department, you will need to have adaptive thinking, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, professional communication skills, and be able to work independently and as a team. Expectations • Maintain efficient workflows on Mac/PC/Web Client interfaces • Effectively use a variety of design and office applications • Use our photography equipment and software to produce product images for multiple media types • Assist with, or independently complete, the design and creation of print and digital advertising content • Partner with all departments to deliver the best online and in-store shopping experience • Assist the Creative Director in the planning and execution of all aspects of our marketing – TV, Radio, Website, Promotions, Events, signage, ads, etc... • Coordinate with Purchasing/Operations to stay up to date on new and current inventory details • Create and maintain accurate product information within our point-of-sale platform • Gather product information using various methods from multiple sources: ◦ Direct from manufacturer ◦ Other online resources ◦ In-person with the product • Acquire or produce detailed descriptions of new and existing products • Assist the Creative Director with day-to-day and administrative tasks Experience • High school diploma or GED equivalent minimum • Computer skills in: Mac, PC, web browser, web client, office suite, various software • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Experience in marketing, and with design software • Adobe software experience is a large plus • Drawing or painting skills is a plus Benefits • Health Insurance • Dental and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan w/ Company Match • Paid Holidays and Time Off Compensation • Full time employment $15-19 hourly
