The Shawn Cleary Team is a fast-growing real estate team in Charleston built on content, inbound lead generation, and high-level marketing strategy. We are looking for a highly capable Assistant Marketing Director to work alongside our Director of Marketing. This is a high-output, execution-focused role with significant growth potential for the right person.
We are looking for someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with strong writing ability and the ability to think critically about content, messaging, and audience engagement. If you are not naturally strong at writing, storytelling, and communication, this will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing and scaling marketing across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and consistent posting
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form (Reels, Shorts, clips)
• Assist in writing and editing YouTube scripts in the team’s voice
• Contribute to content ideas, research, and topic development
• Support agents with social media, listing promotion, and marketing guidance
• Assist with captions, post copy, and overall messaging
• Maintain organization of marketing assets and workflows

• Creative thinker who understands how to communicate clearly and effectively
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience working on or leading within a team environment
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines without constant oversight
• Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
• Interest in marketing, content creation, and business growth

• Agents are supported and utilizing marketing effectively
• Marketing contributes to real inbound leads and conversations
This is a role for someone who wants to build real marketing skill and grow into a larger position over time. There is strong career mobility and opportunity for advancement based on performance.
Full-time, in-person position. Compensation based on experience.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
