The Marketing Department at the University of Miami invites applications from interested candidates for a tenure-track faculty position. Qualified candidates should have a Ph.D., have a willingness and capacity to conduct high-quality scholarly research, and demonstrate teaching competence. Additional duties include: Instruction of 3-4 courses (9-12 credit), lecturing, leading class discussions and conducting other teaching activities during scheduled classes; creating, administering and grading using appropriate assessment methods; holding office hours and providing additional support for students outside the class time periods; calculating and submitting grades for all students; collaborating with the chair and faculty of the Management Department to create coursework and support the department’s mission; following established expectations and protocols for the department and to stay current in the field.
