Assistant Property Manager

Aside from being assigned specific duties to handle, the right candidate will assist the Property Manager in managing the day to day responsibilities across our multiple locations. \\- Responsible for posting and maintaining various online platforms to advertise properties and vacancies \\- Upkeep of onsite digital signage (interior/exterior) \\- Ordering inventory and maintaining vendor relationships in regard to physical marketing materials and various supplies for properties and staff \\- Keeping positive working relationships with marketing/advertising contractors in regard to print and digital marketing as directed by Property Manager \\- Assisting Property Manager with move ins and move outs - updating systems setting up accesses for tenants / clients etc. \\- Providing high quality customer service to clients, customers, and prospective clients in regards to any property related needs.
