Job Description for: ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER It is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to assist the Property Manager in the daily operations of the property and maintain R.W. Above all, the Assistant Property Manager should ensure the following standards are upheld, adhered to and are the basis of all daily operations. Prepare and maintain resident files. Monitor and discuss property budget with the Property Manager adhering to the NOI forecasts. Review weekly marketing plan and communicate suggestions to the Property Manager.
