Assistant Property Management

I am a CPA, real estate investor and operator, and real estate broker/agent offering an opportunity to get paid while getting business experience and learning about real estate investing and property management. Client relations: \\- fielding and make customer and client service calls \\- walk throughs of property for clients Marketing and Advertising: \\- writing marketing copy and property ads \\- fielding and making sales calls, \\- assisting in leasing property Administrative Work: \\- accounting \\- organizing Manual Labor: \\- trash outs \\- cleaning \\- minor repairs The above items are the majority of the work. If you get the position, you will wear many hats in this position.
