**Job Description:** · Have tenant (s) complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. · Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date. · Communicate and contract with necessary vendors to prepare property to lease. · Use of Company car with a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
