The ideal candidate will have prior assistant property management experience, will have experience with the Low Income Tax Credit Program and the HOME Program, will be energetic and a fast learner, and will be someone who enjoys involvement in a variety of tasks in a team-based, supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Property Manager in all aspects of operations and lease-up. o Performs marketing and leasing functions to maintain budgeted or greater occupancy for the property. o Assist and/or conduct all Annual according to regulations and in a timely manner. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of residential property management experience or the equivalent, Knowledge of Tax Credit policies and procedures.
