The ideal candidate will possess: Proven supervisory skills Strong financial analysis and computer skills Solid organization and prioritization skills Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry Strong marketing and high closing ratio Superior customer service and resident conflict resolution Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment Able to generate daily and weekly reports Able to maintain collection and delinquency accounts Posting of rental payments and final account statements Ability to maintain and coordinate improvements to interior, exterior and common areas Cooperate and collaborate with all levels with employees, management, vendors, and contractors to maximize performance, creativity, and problem solving. Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. • Secure new resident’s signature(s) on appropriate paperwork prior to move- in. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. • Assist in planning resident functions.
