The hours are flexible and will vary based on need on time of the year (ex. Assists the Owner/Property Manager with general administration and performs functions related to the daily operations and management of the properties. -Conducts move-in and move-out inspections of rental units to dermine applicable charges for damages, and prepares rental units for new tenants, implemending high quality standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appearance. -Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning or repairs throughout the properties. Hiring process would consist of an interview with myself and my current assistant property manager, and then an in-person meeting to get to know you more/show you some of the properties.
