Our dept is responsible for maintaining our properties on VRBO, Booking.com, in our software, and on our website. The ARM will need to become trained in all facets of marketing for Real Joy, but will primarily focus on proofing the advertising for each property, onboarding new properties, maintaining the marketing for properties, researching rates and analyzing your area. This position will be part of a 3 person team managing an area of approximately 300 properties.
