**Summary:** The Assistant Tasting Room Manager will be educated in sales and have a business-oriented customer-focused mindset. • Understands and complies with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations pertaining to the health and alcohol consumption, safety and labor requirements of the associates and guests. • Ensure guest services and sales standards are met by coaching associates with consistent, knowledgeable, and efficient procedures. • Analyze and control expenditures of wine and non- wine sales to conform to budgetary requirements. • Bachelor’s Degree or five years of sales and hospitality management experience; or a combination of education and experience.
