This role works closely with Account Directors to help ensure client work is thoughtful, well-coordinated, and aligned to business goals. Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the team Account Directors trust the AAD with increasing responsibility and ownership Team members feel clear on priorities, requirements, and expectations Strategic work aligns with client goals and leads to measurable outcomes Risks, issues, and opportunities are identified early and addressed proactively Medical: 75% paid for employees; 50% for dependents Dental: 75% paid for employees; 50% for dependents Vision (M: 75% paid for employees; 50% for dependents Life Insurance: 100% paid by 97th Floor (coverage = 1x salary, up to $350,000)
