Associate Advertising Manager

• Maintain and update master timelines, ensuring feedback is collected and delivered to agency teams in a timely and organized manner. (30%) Drive Hispanic Market strategy and act as Hispanic Market business liaison • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Hispanic agency, supporting day-to-day communications, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with campaign timelines and brand standards. • Maintain and update legal disclaimers across national offers to ensure accuracy and consistency. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in advertising or brand marketing strategy • Proven experience supporting creative development and campaign execution across multiple channels • Strong facilitation, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables • Self-starter with a high level of personal initiative; action-oriented and focused on driving results • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence cross-functional teams • Spanish Language skills are required • Multicultural marketing experience not required, though preferred Additional Qualifications • Experience in the restaurant or quick service industry is preferred • Hands-on experience at an advertising agency is required • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20%
