The Role We are looking for an Advertising Operations Associate who has a strong understanding of media and data operations, an affinity for increasing efficiency using standardized process flows, and an entrepreneurial spirit! a plus • Interest in the Media industry and passion for big data • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as an affinity for explaining complexity through process flows, and operational workflows while documenting changes • Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment Nice to Have • Familiarity with various tag management platforms, such as Google Tag Manager • Familiarity with concepts and differences of First-Party Data and Third-Party Data Perks & Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays • Retirement programs • 1% charitable giving program Compensation • Base pay: $65,000 - $85,000 • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
