Associate Brand Manager

**About the Role:** This role will be responsible for overall management of Heineken digital and social owned channels, as well as supporting the overall ATL/BTL team on execution of the annual marketing plan

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Project management:** Create and manage project timelines on key ABTL projects (innovation, creators, ad hoc overlay plans) developing and maintaining timelines, workback schedules, and status trackers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all initiatives
* **Budget Management:** Track and manage the brand marketing budget, maintaining up to date spend trackers, coordinating PO processing and invoice reconciliation with finance, and flagging variances or risks to the Brand Manager

* **Reporting:**
+ Compile and distribute monthly brand performance reports, consolidating data across media, social, sales, and brand health metrics, providing clear analysis of key trends, insights, and recommended actions
+ Track and report against KPIs for the priority market plans and activations, consolidating data from cross functional teams
* **Internal engagement:** Support the development and execution of internal engagement initiatives, creating and distributing brand updates, campaign showcases, distributor newsletters, etc.

* **Compliance:** Ensure all brand marketing materials, campaigns, and activations comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry requirements, coordinating the legal review and approval process for all content and communications
* **Brand planning:** Support the Brand and Commercial Marketing team in the development of the annual brand plan
* **Creators/influencer:** Support brand manager/director with selection of creators, creator briefs, KPIs and reporting

**Basic Qualifications/Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree required

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 1+ years of commercial experience (Brand Marketing, Social Media)
* Project management experience

**Compensation & Bene**fi**ts:**

* Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus
