Associate Counsel - Marketing at Voyager in Remote

You will act as an embedded member of the marketing team and provide guidance on... marketing legal contracts and risks associated with a wide range of advertising matters, whether created internally or in partnership with third parties and distributed through a variety of social media platforms, webinars and conferences. You will also assist the Head Commercial Counsel on intellectual property risks associated with advertising campaigns, including drafting and negotiating trademark, copyright, right of publicity licenses or rights acquisition and other influencer, talent and production-related agreements.
