Associate Counsel, Marketing & Advertising

The Associate Counsel, Intellectual Property & Marketing will provide trademark, copyright, and marketing legal support to business units in accordance with his/her responsibilities. Your Impact Provide support on a broad range of IP matters, including domestic and international trademark, copyright and design clearance, enforcement, transactions, and domains. Advise on legal issues related to generative AI, including IP ownership, content clearance, and responsible use in marketing and product development. Preference for candidate with law firm experience.
