This project involves driving creative ideation and execution across experiential, social, digital, and customer marketing channels to translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and assets. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Responsibilities & DeliverablesThis role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:Lead creative ideation and execution across experiential activations, social media (organic and paid), digital media, and customer marketing.Translate strategy into compelling visual systems, campaigns, and assets, while being deeply hands-on in designing, directing, refining, and producing work yourself.Create and oversee visual storytelling across multiple formats and channels, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency across all deliverables.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and production teams, and support/direct external partners (freelancers, vendors) as needed.Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and contribute to global campaigns and international creative deliverables.Required Skills & ExperienceWe are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in creative direction, design, or art direction roles.Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, with a strong design background.
