Strategic Creative Leadership • Campaign Architecture:Design and oversee integrated creative strategies that connect our three core brands across all marketing touchpoints, from product demos and sales presentations to trade shows and digital campaigns • Creative Vision Translation:Partner with the Executive Creative Director to translate high-level brand strategies into executable creative concepts that work seamlessly across linear, digital, social, experiential, and B2B channels • Cross-Platform Storytelling:Ensure creative consistency and narrative coherence when prospectsencounterour brands across multiple touchpoints, creating a unified brand experience that drives engagement and conversion • Innovation Leadership:Stay ahead of industry trends and emergingtechnologies, bringing fresh perspectives to advertising technology storytelling and pioneering creative approaches that set industry standards Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership • Creative Team Integration:Work closely with our Design, Copy, Video, and Project Management team to elevate creative output across all disciplines • Mentorship & Development:Guide team members in conceptual thinking, working with the writing team to translate copy from content creation to campaign storytelling, supporting designers in creating work that ladders up to bigger creative ideas and leading the video team as theyintegratefully fleshed out campaigns into video assets that support greater business initiatives.
