Responsibilities • Execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic platforms to deliver leads to pre-sales and sales teams • Analyze customer data and behavior to tailor advertising efforts that enhance the customer experience and drive engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (leasing, property management, and customer service) to ensure digital campaigns align with overall business objectives and customer needs. • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and customer analytics software.
