Collaborate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Management team to develop online communications plans across organic and paid social media, advertising, creative, and web channels. Manage the content development process for digital and social channels, including support for advertising needs. Collaborate with design and creative teams for content creation across e-commerce, digital advertising, and website requirements. Share management responsibilities of the Social Media Specialist for day-to-day content development and social media strategy implementation. Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in social or digital media Proven thought leadership by staying ahead of trends in social media, emerging media, and online communications Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills Experience driving content concept development with in-house and agency partners Proven track record in influencer outreach, management, and contracting Hands-on experience with community management and growing brand advocacy Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest administration, Google Analytics, and social media listening tools (e.g., Spredfast/Sprinklr, NetSuite, Social Bakers)
