Associate Director, Consumer Marketing

The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing – DAXXIFY® will report to the Director, Marketing DAXXIFY® and will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for consumer-facing activities for DAXXIFY®. Experience • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an inline marketing role with a focus on consumer marketing • Beauty, medical dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred • DTC mass media, including campaign planning, media planning, production and execution • Leadership of strategic and tactical planning • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines • Strong project management skills and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Creative and strategic thinker • Proactive and can-do attitude • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Revance's balanced portfolio includes innovative products in the aesthetics space such as DAXXIFY® (DaxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) for injection, the RHA® Collection of dermal fillers by Teoxane SA, and SkinPen®, an industry-leading microneedling device.
