Associate Director, Digital Marketing

We are seeking a full-time Associate Director of Digital Marketing to join our team on-site in Nashville, TN. The Associate Director will lead the development and execution of digital strategies, oversee marketing campaigns, and launch e-commerce initiatives to drive engagement and results. The individual in this role will also play an integral part in guiding strategic decisions and supporting the success of client partnerships. Qualifications • Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Marketing, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and trends • Experience in E-Commerce and Lead Generation to drive customer engagement and conversion • Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics, data analysis, and reporting tools • Strong organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field • Proven track record of executing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns • Experience in public relations or event management is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation & Benefits
