Associate Director of Digital Marketing

The Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for building our community and projecting our brand by managing the Digital Marketing team, responsible for building and executing on strategy for organic and paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Yext, Google, Bing and others, as well as managing paid search campaigns. The Director of Digital Marketing will also be responsible for understanding business goals and objectives and must be able to guide their team in analyzing and clearly explaining platform and campaign performance as well as recommending improvements. The wage range for this role takes into account a broad array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.
