Role Overview: As the Associate Director of Digital & Integrated Marketing for ELM, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of a comprehensive marketing engine aimed at driving enterprise pipeline, acquiring new logos, and expanding existing customer relationships. This role involves not just digital marketing but will also include orchestrating integrated campaigns across digital platforms, field marketing, and executive-level events, all in line with a complex B2B buying journey. Your efforts will be crucial in aligning marketing initiatives to revenue by collaborating closely with enterprise sales, product marketing, and customer teams, ensuring promotions facilitate account engagement, opportunity advancement, and measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrated Campaigns for Enterprise Growth: Lead comprehensive, full-funnel campaigns aligned to ELM solution priorities (e.g., litigation management, legal spend, invoice automation, AI-enabled workflows).Orchestrate multi-channel programs spanning digital, ABM, field marketing, and executive events aimed at targeting enterprise accounts.Own the complete campaign lifecycle, from strategy development to performance optimization and revenue attribution.Account-Based & Demand Generation Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams on ABM strategies for named accounts and high-value segments.Drive new logo acquisition and cultivate pipeline acceleration and opportunity expansion.Create targeted engagement initiatives that guide accounts through their decision-making process from consideration to evaluation and purchase.Implement scalable programs for multi-touch, multi-stakeholder engagement.Events & Executive Engagement: Integrate flagship industry events, hosted experiences, executive roundtables, and field programs into the broader campaign strategy.Ensure events effectively generate and accelerate pipeline, complete with defined activation strategies before, during, and after each event.Support sales-led engagement for key accounts and late-stage opportunities.Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead and innovate digital strategies encompassing paid media, search, social media, and website management to drive high-quality demand.Optimize conversion pathways (websites, landing pages, content journeys) for enterprise buyers.Manage strategic partnerships with media platforms and industry-specific channels.Marketing Analytics, Operations & Technology: Take ownership of marketing performance analytics including pipeline contribution (sourced/influenced), account engagement, and campaign ROI.Oversee marketing operations to ensure effective campaign execution, lead/account management, and data quality.Define and enhance the marketing tech stack including tools for Salesforce, Marketo, and event technologies.Sales, Product & Customer Alignment: Work closely with enterprise sales to define target accounts, pipeline goals, and strategic campaign priorities.Collaborate with product marketing to communicate ELM capabilities through compelling and differentiated campaigns.Align with customer marketing to support programs aimed at cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention.Serve as a strategic partner for leadership regarding pipeline health, performance insights, and growth opportunities.Budget & Resource Optimization: Administer budgets across digital, ABM, and events to optimize for pipeline generation and revenue impact.Allocate resources strategically based on segment priorities, deal size, and performance insights.Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team across digital, campaigns, events, and operations.Foster a performance-driven, data-centric culture that emphasizes accountability and continuous improvement.Mentor managers and senior marketers to support enterprise go-to-market execution.Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS, legal technology, or complex solution sales.A proven track record of successfully driving pipeline and revenue in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise demand generation.Strong experience leading integrated campaigns encompassing both digital and event marketing.Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics, funnel optimization, and performance attribution.Experience managing or collaborating with marketing operations and technology ecosystems.Familiarity with legal, compliance, finance, or enterprise workflows is advantageous.Key Success Metrics Include:

Compensation: $111,200.00 - $198,650.00 USD, with eligibility for bonuses.
