Associate Director of Marketing

A company is looking for an Associate Director, SkinPen Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the execution and optimization of integrated SkinPen marketing programs across various channels

Provide leadership and direction to ensure program execution aligns with brand strategy and commercial objectives

Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

Master's degree & 5+ years' directly related experience; OR Bachelor's degree & 7+ years' directly related experience

Preferred degree in marketing or advertising

7+ years' experience in professional, agency, and / or consumer marketing, and / or sales

Experience in pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics sectors

Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
