The Role: We're seeking a strong Associate Director, Retail Media (Search) specializing in Search Advertising to plan strategies and manage search advertising campaigns for our enterprise customers. Deeply understand customer goals and business needs, then build and manage a joint success plan that maps CommerceIQ's platform capabilities to measurable outcomes.Develop competitive strategies that align with customer goals, considering the strengths of the retailer, how search will integrate with other channels, and the impact to the overall business.Manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces.Drive measurable improvement in customer KPIs including ROAS, CPCs, and total sales, and consistently demonstrate the ROI of CommerceIQ's platform throughout the engagement.Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.Become a deep expert on the CommerceIQ platform including its AI-powered automation and agentic AI capabilities and guide customers in fully leveraging these tools to drive campaign performance at scale.Manage and mentor a team of 1-2 direct reports, providing coaching, setting clear performance expectations, and fostering their professional growth.What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field5+ total years of professional work experience3+ years experience in running media and advertising engagement with customers, in a consulting/agency roleExperience in managing ecommerce marketing budgets (specifically on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart) at well-respected agencies for large enterprise brands, or experience at a large enterprise brandExperience managing marketplaces search ad budgets in the multi-million dollar rangeWell versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planningAn analytical approach to problem-solving with advanced Excel skillsProject management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risksProven experience in working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companiesExcellent presentation and communication skills including both oral and written.Compensation and Benefits: The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $122,400 - $150,000/per year. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses.
