These results are achieved by: Partners with creative, subject matter experts and account management peers to develop ideas and orchestrate planning and analytical activity for healthcare/pharma accounts Synthesizes data and insights to drive integrated strategy development, comprehensive multichannel plans and creative ideas Works with cross-functional team to develop brand strategies, digital cross-channel strategies, creative briefs, customer journeys and ecosystems Establishes strong collaborative relationship within the groups and externally with key agency and client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business Directs strategic key components of the client business and actively engages client Leads multiple, simultaneous projects and assignments including delegating as appropriate Takes lead on all annual planning deliverables Identifies opportunities for improvement, organic growth and workflow efficiencies of agency Starts to develop and actively participate in the development of POVs, channel/tactical plans, patient journeys and digital ecosystems Actively supports new business activity where required Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
