Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis for Ads

This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career while collaborating with a diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in global financial planning and reporting, focusing on ads revenue and expenses. You will manage the Ads Finance deliverables calendar and coordinate with corporate finance for timely monthly and quarterly closings, forecasts, and long-term planning. Assist in the roll-up of financial forecasts, budgeting, and headcount planning.Drive the creation and automation of management reports, dashboards, and templates.Consolidate variance analysis from regional FP&A teams.Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to provide insights for key business decisions.Prepare compelling presentations to summarize your analyses and support decision-making processes.Manage the integration of financial projections into our planning systems, such as Anaplan, Workday, and TM1.Develop and track Global KPIs and metrics to measure the Ads business's performance, while facilitating training and adoption across regions.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, effectively communicating the financial impact of initiatives.Enhance modeling processes and develop automation in conjunction with the Data Science team.Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment; experience in advertising FP&A and strategic finance is preferred.Proven ability to build and refine financial reporting processes amid ambiguity.Expertise in financial modeling and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools.A self-motivated individual with strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of an organization.A keen attention to detail while applying sound judgment in problem-solving situations.Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Workday, Essbase, Anaplan) and knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem is a plus.At Netflix, we offer a competitive compensation structure that includes an annual salary range of $155,000.00 - $225,000.00, with flexibility to choose between salary and stock options each year.
